The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta will begin the second round of an advertising and promotional campaign tied to the Harry Potter films being released by Warner Brothers. A promotion centered on the second film in the series, "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets," will start Monday, almost a month before the film is scheduled to open on Nov. As part of the promotion, Coca-Cola Classic products will have codes that can be used for access to a Web site www. Louis offices of Momentum, which created the promotion, and McCann-Erickson Worldwide Advertising in New York, which created ads to publicize the promotion. Many elements of the promotion are being repeated from last year, when Warner Brothers, part of AOL Time Warner , selected Coca-Cola as the lone marketing partner for the film series, which started with "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

Under methodical questioning by a prosecutor, a terse and occasionally testy Timothy P. Cahill acknowledged Friday that his campaign operatives had multiple contacts with the Boston ad firm that was being paid public money to craft lottery ads. Prosecutors allege that the communication demonstrates that Cahill, a former state treasurer, illegally conspired to use the ads, which praised lottery management, to boost his flagging run for governor in Attorney General Martha Coakley is overseeing the prosecution, and has much at stake in the case.
